Located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, this 60 m² apartment in Les Batignolles has undergone a complete transformation, evolving from an industrial aesthetic into a refined and contemporary living space. Executed in collaboration with interior designer Alexandra Boussagol, this project redefines every detail to optimize comfort and elevate the overall design.
Key features of the renovation include a meticulously redesigned sculptural ribbon staircase, a kitchen enhanced with marble and bronze-effect finishes, and bespoke bathrooms that exemplify precision craftsmanship and tailored excellence.

Designed to combine technical excellence with high-end design, every element of this project bears witness to our expertise in renovating prestigious spaces. The flooring was meticulously laid in Calacatta marble, selected for its unique veining and enhanced resistance. The kitchen, custom-made in our workshops, incorporates ultra-resistant materials such as Dekton, offering durability in the face of scratches, heat and stains. The stairs feature sophisticated recessed lighting with automatic sensors, combining discretion and functionality. Outside, an infinity pool and integrated Jacuzzi reflect a perfect mastery of hydraulic systems.
This 74 m² project showcases HomeRev's expertise in craftsmanship and technical precision. The bathroom was completely redesigned to create a masculine, industrial ambiance, while a functional mezzanine and a bespoke staircase, now the loft’s centerpiece, were carefully crafted. During the renovation, unforeseen water damage was meticulously addressed to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the space.
A complex electrical overhaul was also carried out in one of the bedrooms, while a custom-designed wine cellar was seamlessly integrated into the loft’s layout to meet the client’s exact specifications. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, our craftsmen transformed every challenge into an opportunity, delivering a space that combines aesthetics, functionality, and durability.

This project transformed a post-Haussmann apartment into an elegant, functional space, while preserving its original character. Every detail has been meticulously crafted: handmade zelliges in the kitchen and bathroom, restoration of the living room mouldings and fireplace, and the creation of bespoke bookcases. The whole reflects a perfect harmony between tradition and modernity, in constant dialogue with the interior designer to meet the customer's expectations.

We managed the complete transformation of this space, which includes a 50 m² living room, an open-plan kitchen, a 3 m² bathroom, and an outdoor terrace. Each area was meticulously renovated to align with the project’s specific needs, integrating sustainable materials, modern technical solutions, and a meticulous attention to detail.
The living room was redesigned to incorporate modular furniture, allowing for versatile configurations. The kitchen underwent a complete redesign, featuring a custom-built multifunctional central island. In the bathroom, despite its compact size, bold design elements were seamlessly integrated while ensuring full compliance with PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) standards. Finally, the terrace was landscaped to create a serene outdoor retreat in the heart of Paris.

This 46 m² project, located in Vaugirard in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, is a perfect illustration of our expertise in custom renovation. All the work, from structural work to finishing touches, was carried out by our teams, guaranteeing a result that lived up to the customer's expectations. The kitchen, designed entirely to order, combines walnut with a sumptuous Calacatta Green worktop. Each piece of furniture was designed to optimize storage space, with ingenious solutions such as a multifunctional unit that doubles as a bookcase, a TV cabinet and a trompe-l'oeil desk concealed behind sliding doors.
The most complex transformation involved the bathroom and toilet: previously integrated into the same room, the toilet was relocated thanks to the demolition of an old cupboard. A technical step was created to allow the passage of drains, while integrating a custom-made storage unit with space for the washing machine in the bathroom in place of the old module. In the living room, the old exposed piping was concealed in a custom-made formwork, bringing a more streamlined finish to the space. Finally, the bedroom was redesigned with a custom-made dressing room and a headboard incorporating functional lighting on either side.
